About me (Ms. Blu)

I cook for only 2 humans

and

1 companion K-9. ( My K-9 companion, Hukuchan, died on 5/17/2011: we are still mourning his death.)

My husband grows vegetables in our backyard.

He has a green thumb.

 

 

To make this blog public is to discipline myself to cook healthy, instead of eating out at fast food restaurants. 

I am not very good at communicating with people; I’m like a hermit.

I may not have time to reply all comments on this blog, so please forgive me if I don’t respond.

But please do comment if you have any suggestions or advice based on your culinary experiences to improve my recipes and instructions so that other people who encounter my blog can learn from you.   

 

I started with primarily English pages and translated them to Japanese pages also.  But when my K-9 companion’s illness got worse in the spring of 2011, I could not keep up with blogging in two languages, and finally abandoned all blogging.  I’ve now, on July 30, 2011, put myself together and started blogging again.  Because it is time consuming, I’ll only publish in Japanese going forward.
