11/17/2010 Fried Rice


  • Vegetable Oil
  • eggs, beaten
  • onion, chopped
  • Turkey Ham, sliced and chopped
  • Lettuce, chopped
  • cooked rice
  • green onions, chopped
  • ———————-
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red pepper
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce (only tiny little bit)
  • MSG (optional)


  1. Make scrambled eggs with vegetable oil in a skillet.  Transfer the eggs to a plate and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the oil and stir-fry the onion until soft and transparent.  Add the ham and lettuce and stir fry.
  3. Add cooked rice and green onions and stir fry.
  4. Add scrambled eggs and stir.  Turn off the heat.
  5. Season with the condiments listed above.
